Really protects the dial

I stuck my hand between a metal tag and a falling kayak, saw the cracks and assumed the worst. I got home, put the watch away and started looking for how I could replace the dial assuming the cracks were completely gone, but no! I removed the protective film and the only damage was on the watch face (multiple dents)! Wonderful. I'm ordering more now and leaving my watch at home until it arrives.
