These are a fantastic deal for the price. The headlights are sturdy and well-made, bright, and easy to mount. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's difficult to tighten the thumb screws enough to really secure the flashlights in the mounts, especially if they're mounted at a downward angle. I ended up tying the wrist straps together so I won't risk losing one if it slides out. A rubberized coating inside the mounts to add some friction would help a lot. It would also be great if there was some side-to-side adjustability (so they could turned slightly inward rather than pointing straight ahead), but that's just a nitpick. As I said, they're a great deal and I'm very happy with them overall.
