Review on Enhanced Reverse Osmosis Filtration System: 💧 Top-Mount Twist Faucet for Superior Water Purification by Mike Bonilla

We have had this filter for about two months. A plumber installed it for us, the water was good. A few weeks ago water started leaking from the faucet to the counter. The plumber came and looked at him and said the leak was in the faucet itself and if I can get Watts to replace the faucet he will come out and install a new one. Watts got us going. They said they would send a new faucet but now almost two weeks later they tell me I have to send the defective part back first so they can assess it. The original rep who said he would send a new faucet is slow to respond/difficult to contact (as I haven't heard from him in almost two weeks).
