I got the "matte clear" one - I wasn't expecting it to be quite SO matte that I wouldn't be able to view the stickers on my laptop through it very well; I had been hoping it'd just take the glare down.It's really more of a "frosted" style of transparency, that soft haze like you see on windows. I like the effect and look, just not what I happened to be wanting for my current laptop. That said, I'll use it until I see the crystal-clear ones go on sale, or it's seen so much wear it eventually falls off XDSnapped on easy - my laptop does overheat faster with this on, which I only really notice during movies towards the end of them. I have a cooling pad for it that helps with that.
