UPDATE, VIA CISTEEN MALL I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO ORDER REPLACEMENT FILES, I liked the pencil it's the 3rd I've tried and so far the best most durable fugitive mouse precision accuracy decent materials, except that the tips are made of very thin brittle plastic and the metal knot breaks very easily and if you have used the 2 spare tips assuming you are unlucky basically the difference between 2 types of tips are the available ones , are threaded into the connection point , where they are outside the connection point, as in this case. I was not able to respond to my inquiry as to where I can purchase replacement tips.
