The ability to send out messages via text or email is great! We also use their mobile app which makes scheduling easier than ever before. Their customer support team has been fantastic at solving any problems we may have had so far!! Really love how friendly they are as people too. Nothing really but if you're looking for an easy system that will help with keeping track of employees in your office then this program would be perfect. I highly recommend using them. They do it all from tracking emails sent back through replies received, sending reminders when appointments come up etc. It's nice because sometimes we forget stuff like doctor visits coming soon dates ect.. Having everything tracked helps us keep track more effectively and easily.
