Best Bluetooth Headset. Worked great on my Pixel XL phone until Google switched from version 7.1.2 to the Oreo 8.0 OS. Now my 5200 does not speak the address book name of the incoming call. Writes only an incoming call. Before Oreo, caller ID worked fine. I called Plantronics and informed them. We tested the headset extensively on a variety of phones and the only phone that had issues with caller ID was a Google Pixel XL with the system version Oreo 8.0. Plantronics said they would notify their engineers and get back to me within a few days. I hope Plantronics fixes this soon as it's a great headset even in strong winds but even better when caller ID works.
