I like the practical packaging. The set contains 5 pairs of gloves, each individually wrapped, with one pair in each pack. I usually wear small gloves. You can see from the photo I posted the gloves fit all hand sizes. The lotion inside is very cool to the touch. Yes, gloves can be worn when using a phone or tablet. The touchscreen does not interfere when using gloves. I left the gloves on for 20 minutes, removed the gloves and rubbed the excess lotion into my hands. The lotion looks a bit runny. It's more of a lotion than a cream. It was nice to be pampered. The cool feeling is pleasant. I still need to moisturize my hands with a cream type moisturizer throughout the day to prevent hand washing from becoming too dry and frequent use of hand sanitizer.
