The ability to look at our assets, assets that are not mapped, assets that have been mapped incorrectly. I am able to see where there is room for improvement with some of our assets. It has allowed us to make changes accordingly. This tool allows me to understand what we do well, and where there might be improvements in order to better serve our customers. I don't like using the program on my phone, but if it was more user friendly then it would be much easier to use this on the go. If you are looking for a solution to easily manage your fleet and assets, this is a great option. We are solving problems in the city that we service, with maps that can provide information to emergency responders as they arrive on scene.
