I have used iSpring's 7-stage filtration system at home and also helped install another system for high-traffic organizations. Both have performed well so far and have been in office for over two years. The installation wasn't too difficult, but considering that you have to drill through the drains and do a lot of work to get under the sink, it took longer. Hour. There were several tutorial videos on the internet and they really helped. Not all details are equal (I think iSpring updates their system from time to time), so rely on your opinion. Also prepare enough towels. Also, take a while to learn how to use plastic pipe plugs properly. (Fully insert the tubing until you feel a "click”, then pull back and then install the clamp). You will also need a 1/2" tap. There was a problem with the UV filter. It turns out that some municipal water compositions release ozone when exposed to UV radiation. It is not harmful and will disappear from itself. However, this makes the taste unpleasant if you don't let the water settle. iSpring's solution was to put the UV stage in front of the holding tank so that the water lags behind to bring the taste back (her other suggestion was to let her to replace).. In this configuration it worked, we had no more taste problems. I would also suggest getting extra hoses, multiple valves and tees to set up a flexible valve for filling large containers (not everything will fit in yours And you can also adapt this to connect to your fridge or even your fish tank if you want to be careful with hoses and check Check for leaks from time to time. I also added two water pressure gauges, one for the inlet and one for the outlet of the system. Basically, the outlet meters will give you an idea of how much W of water is left in the tank. On the other hand, you may need to change filters frequently if your water isn't very clean or if you're using a high-capacity system. Theoretically it can produce 75 gallons per day, but it would require you to change the filters in less than 6 months. The filters on my other system lasted 9 months with moderate use. Overall we are very happy with this system and it performs well.
