The remote worked as advertised without any adjustment. All buttons also work perfectly. I was surprised that the remote is exactly the same as the original remote that came with the TV. (Different application buttons only). The remote came in a bag, not a box. There was also a protective film on the front of the remote control. The front of the remote looks matte in the photos in the description, but it's actually a glossy black finish which is nicer. I forgot to take a picture before putting on the silicone case. These re.otes are small and light, which is why my original one broke. My kids have dropped it too many times. So I recommend buying a case. I bought this case from Revain. It doesn't match the buttons on the remote perfectly, but it does match the remote.
