Good. The first product I received I had trouble holding my phone in the holder. The brackets simply open and close repeatedly. I contacted support and ordered a replacement. The replacement came within 24 hours and worked great in the house. However, one day I took a new product in my car and the same problem started happening, but then I found out that it was just me with my phone and my wife didn't have this problem. So I got curious and after some research I found out that the USB car adapter in my car was only 5 volts at 1.5 amps. For those who are electrically savvy, that power is only enough to support 7.5W, but this charger is rated for 10W. I bought a more powerful 3 amp adapter from Revain and the problem is solved. Absolutely the best charger/phone holder I've bought. I love this product! I'm so glad I gave them a second chance and investigated my issues without writing them off!
