Works as described.
Much easier to use than the API Alkalinity Kit. More expensive than the API kit (when purchasing a Hanna handheld colorimeter), but simpler and more accurate. And my time and impatience come into play when I have to check the alkalinity in a saltwater aquarium on a daily basis. For me Hanna Instruments Alkalinity Checker is the only way out.
