Quality of the machine looks good, I filled it with warm water, added some bath salts, put my feet in and fired the machine up. I had to fiddle with the buttons as the instructions were not too clear but after a few minutes I hit the optimal settings, and what a pleasure for my tired feet! I left them in an hour first time I used it, try for 20 -30 minutes daily now. I have worked long shifts on my feet my whole life (65 now) and this machine coupled with good shoes and socks has made a huge difference in my ability during and after work. I do 20 - 30k steps a day on concrete and feet have not felt this good for a long time - if you are on the fence about getting one of these I can say honestly I wish I had gotten one years ago.
