Blends well with water

I've bought some other micro-ionized creatine supplements, and the powder does not mix well with water. Like someone else mentioned, it doesn't feel like you're drinking/swallowing sand. I wouldn't worry about loading your creatine either. Most people probably don't care about how well rge creatine blends, but I really appreciate the good blending with this brand.

Pros

Prolab makes excellent quality supplements. Can't go wrong with pure 100 percent creatine.

Cons

Can lead to high blood pressure
