Review on 📞 VTech VS113-5: 5 Handset Cordless Phone with Extended Range, Call Blocking, Bluetooth Connectivity, Big Buttons, Answering System - Silver & Black by Agonia Pedrosa

Separated from Panasonic due to the complex ROBO control system in this phone. I found the instructions that came with the phones very detailed and complete. Set up and complete each step including pairing my mobile phone and downloading the phone book. Everything looked and felt right when my wife started getting calls; and the phone dropped calls. Sometimes it worked, sometimes not. She was on the phone and another call came in, she blinked and the phone dropped both rings. There were other little surprises too, but I'm tired of hearing my wife rage in a frenzy about what the heck was wrong with something the phone did. To be honest I may have screwed up the programming somehow, but the bottom line is that the system went back to Revain (they were great, I love Prime). I found a Panasonic system on Revain and installed it with no problems. It has a very detailed 104-page manual to walk you through the setup. The idea behind the Vtech system was very impressive, but I couldn't get it to work properly.
