I ordered this rug in two sizes, 8x10 and 2x9. The rug that came first was very muted and speckled which I really like Has. . The larger rug arrived a few days later and was not opened for another 5 days as the rug removal was complete. When it was opened and unfolded I was surprised at how much pattern/design it contained. I thought I bought the wrong rug but the item numbers matched. At the same time, the mats are soft, it is pleasant to walk on, the colors are beautiful, they do not smell and do not pill. You definitely need a non-slip pad under these rugs when using them on hardwood floors. They shift slightly every time you walk on them without lining. The corners are slightly bent from being rolled up so tightly for shipping. The problem is solved by installing books on it at night. In general I am satisfied with the purchase.
