Bought this for my daughter who is an amateur photographer for a school project. He handles her camera with ease and has improved her photos and video games quite a bit. Thumb controls are very comfortable and make pan, tilt and zoom smooth and easy. Its versatility also allows me to use it with my Android phone. I can walk around and record family videos and it makes the videos look smooth and professional. This is my first camera stabilizer so I wasn't sure what to expect. Surprisingly easy to use, just take a minute to balance it before turning it on. I found it a little tricky, but once you get the hang of it it shouldn't be a problem. There are no complaints when using the application, Bluetooth connection and a lot of interesting features for playing. Comes in a nice case so it's well protected. 6 hours was my longest single use and it had plenty of spare battery. I think it depends on how heavy your device is or how well you've balanced it. So far the battery has lasted longer than I need. Very happy with it, thank you
