had to drill out the rivet holding the cutting handle because to use the tool properly you have to put the end of the clamp under the blade which makes the handle point forward and prevents this Tape won't feed - very frustrating, removed the cutter's handle and positioned the rotating blade properly, after tightening the tape, then fitted the handle and rotated for a good cut - the tool works well with only a few modifications required - likely still a good deal for the price
