I have come across some issues with their products but they were very quick to respond (even during business hours!) - which was wonderful for me as we needed them to work through night time/weekend hours so that's what made this part of our collaboration even more important! We are exploring integration between IOT devices in our homes and office space. They offered us an amazing deal at $0 per month if we did not end up going forward with it.
