I have a newer Brother January 2019 Bought MFC-L3750CDW SEVERAL OLD MODELS MIXED All I can say is this is a very well designed office printer which has performed very well so far the machine compares favorably to the $600 HP laser it replaced , almost silent. I've never seen it go into calibration mode like HP always does, and the duplex printing feature is very nice. I haven't had to replace any toner cartridges, but the person who recommended this model to me owns one and says that while it may seem expensive, you use up many pages before you need to replace it. I'll update this review if anything changes, but for now I'm very happy with this purchase. UPDATE: (Five months home -Office usage as of July 16, 2019) I've uploaded some photos to give you the Show toner consumption rate. Given that the printer comes with the initial toner cartridges half full, I am very impressed. I have currently printed 690 pages, I have 50% black ink and 90% color ink left. The printer has been flawless since I received it, no stains on the edges or toner dust in the system. It's still as good as day one, uses half the toner of my old HP and still prints a lot better.
