Good starter kit with everything you need. It even comes with a set of plastic utensils that are safe to use with utensils. (Do not use metal) The crockery is the same as it was in the first 10 years after I left home, cheap but functional. Pots and pans have comfortable handles. The surface of specialty pans contributes to a crispy crust, but be careful as you'll have to adjust the cooking method once you're used to other pans. The first dishes I cooked with it ended up being a little "too crispy" if you know what I mean. π¬ Even though they are "non-stick", I still use oil when cooking on them for the best results. Be careful not to exceed the temperature of the oil used and do not use a spray as it can form residues that reduce the effectiveness of the coating. My only comment is that there were a few imperfections and a small chip in the finish. Glaze. This causes the coating to break down and peel off on some pots with coating problems. This isn't that big of a problem since it doesn't contain PFAS, but it does take away some good quality from the pans.
