2020 R6 The installation instructions are very simple, we measure the rubber insert, cut it out, assemble it, insert it and tighten it - in fact everything is not that simple. The bottom plastic insert doesn't hold the rubber well so you have to turn the screw to try and make a purchase. I pulled the stem's rubber insert out and tightened the bike, put it back in with some force - and it's solid - but it's impossible to secure the bolt to keep the ball from spinning. I spent a little over an hour trying to find a working solution, but there's no way to tighten it enough that the head doesn't turn - really not the best design. All other RAM products I've had have been brilliant, this seems to be the exception. I'll look into a different stem mount. If you have R6 I would not recommend this product at all.
