A beautiful rose tree! (But not without problems)

Very good quality and very well packaged. It is also a very complete tree and the beautiful shape I wanted. The pink lights are a nice touch and it's very pretty. August 2015: Since writing this review I have also purchased a 4 1/2 foot tall tree which turned out to be a very frustrating experience as the light filament was not very strong. . A piece of rope kept coming loose and I "fixed" it only to find it was "toast" before the year was out. Luckily the company replaced the tree and didn't require me to send another one back, which was very nice of them. I'm glad the lightbulb supports your product. As for my 3 foot Christmas tree, it's great and I have absolutely no problems with it. I hope the new tree is good and the original tree was "lemon". Edit September 2016 - Rosewood is doing very well. I maintain it all year round and decorate it at different times of the year and it's still going strong. The problem with rose trees with pink lights is that they are quite difficult to decorate. Silver or white look good and I often find jewelry with a pink undertone. I recently collected ornaments from Old Country Roses and found them to go really well with these trees. Pink trees with white lights are much easier to decorate since you can add brown or red without too much trouble. I decorated it for Valentine's Day and it looked amazing with glittery red hearts. I just want to add that the light threads are also pink. I had to change the green extension cord on it, which turned out to be no easy task. It would be better if they put a white extension on it because the pink extension didn't seem to be available to them. Just before the Canadian Thanksgiving, part of a string broke like a short circuit. The bulbs are black and naturally in the middle of the tree. Now I am faced with trying to fix it with one of these special tools or change the string. I'm not very happy as this is the second tree this has happened to and it's taking a long time to get right! So it took about a year for the tree to collapse. My dad suggested that a blown lightbulb could put a strain on the others, which I think is a smart idea. So if your lightbulb burns out, replace it as soon as possible. Hope that helps. *I read something and it seems that a string can have multiple rows that are parallel to each other and it's not uncommon for them all to go out immediately after a lightbulb goes out due to voltage. in the line I mentioned above. However, it is quite difficult to determine when a lightbulb is blowing out, as this problem of all blowing out seems to happen spontaneously, believe me. In this case, it is almost impossible to find a burned out light bulb, and now the socket needs to be repaired with a tool. So, I think what happened is that I had problems when the lightbulbs started to burn out. To be honest for the price you are paying for these trees the strings should be of a much better design. No one, and absolutely no one, has time to do this exercise after one light has gone out, causing everyone else in the line to go out. I would strongly recommend getting a 3 foot tree and not bothering with larger ones. I haven't had any problems with the smaller one for years.
