The ability to search by property, room type, and amenities was great when we were looking at different hotels in our area and researching which one would be best suited for us! It wasn't so easy to find if that hotel had free wifi or not (we're traveling with toddlers). Also it could use more features/functionality - like being able to add multiple bookings from your phone instead of having to log into each booking site individually. This helps keep up with all our travel plans without going crazy trying to remember what's coming next week etc.
