I was able to get answers quickly from their support team, but only if you are willing to accept that they may not understand your needs. Their service offerings were less than stellar. For example, while I wanted to add a web page to our CRM (Salesforce), the support team told me that I could do that through API integration, which is technically true, but it took nearly 2 weeks for them to tell me that they couldn't actually do it. After getting frustrated and threatening to switch vendors, I finally got an actual representative to tell me that they couldn't integrate Salesforce with another platform, but I would be better off creating a new account in Salesforce, since it would be easier to manage, cheaper and faster. Not exactly a great customer experience.
