My son outgrew his football boots very quickly and we have been struggling to find any of my stock since the start of the season. When I first saw them they matched the uniform, his favorite color, light green. The reviews seemed ok so I took a chance. They were inexpensive and we liked the look. At first glance I like the feel. Someone in the review called them plastic and got upset, but they shouldn't know that even the brand names are almost "plastic". This is to prevent the moisture from the grass penetrating your shoes and getting your feet wet. If you're new to soccer, don't expect baseball shoes or regular tennis shoes because that's not how soccer shoes are made. What, as they say. They were flexible enough to slip on and off easily, not too tight but not too loose either. I appreciate the little flap over the laces to prevent them from tangling/stepping on them so they don't come loose. The spikes were amazing. As they should be. The only drawback I would say is that the insoles could be a little more comfortable. They're pretty hard inside. But he's 4 and only wears them to games for an hour so it's not a big deal. He is a size 11 and they are true to size. Overall a great purchase.
