Some idiot smashed my driver's side mirror up one day while I was at work. Bought this as a replacement. The installation process for my 05 T&C was simple and straightforward. It was connected directly to the plug and placed in a specially designated location, as intended. It even came with an extra side plate in case you ruined those on the car when removing them. Once installed it worked exactly as advertised. The glass is clear and weather-resistant, and positioning works just as well and quickly as the original hardware.
