I put some silicone around the edges on the back and on the screws just to be safe. This chamber is on the outside of my car, under the overhang of the trunk edge, so there shouldn't be too much moisture. I really wish there was a connector other than an almost 1/2" wide RCA adapter (i.e. you have to drill a 1/2" hole in your car, also painted and silicone sealed in my case). But picture quality is good, and installation wasn't too bad. Lots of cable for my little Miata. I'll update my review once spring arrives and I'll keep going with this camera in tow. Really helps (blind spots abound when driving a convertible).
