My Hourglass has a few scratches on the outer glass/plastic part. Not sure why. But I see scratches. It's hard to capture in a photo, otherwise I would provide one. I wiped the outer parts with a damp cloth. I'll put on some water. I still see scratches. Although it is a normal product. Although I would appreciate it if something could be taken care of better. Inside, where the hourglass is located, streaks of light are also visible behind the outer glass. I hate receiving faulty products after paying full price. I was not granted a discount, so my product should have no apparent defects. I keep getting faulty products from Amazon. It's funny at the moment. 😐
