Review on Surgical Steel Double Tunnel Guages by Christa Baldwin

These end caps are one of my favorites, they are so beautifully made. Small lip to insert but nothing crazy, I ordered 3/4 (19mm). They're light, but I wouldn't recommend sleeping in them. It may just be my ears and the way I sleep, but I pinched my ear with them somehow (I don't know how) which caused a little, I mean, "breakthrough" (you know what I did think). Nothing serious, not enough to lower the rating overall. I get tons of compliments on it, even from people who don't like sensors. buy you!
