Good luck installing this manual

Upon opening the box, I saw a single-sided sheet of instruction paper that was torn. Then I realized it was entirely in Chinese. To top it off, I've never seen sizes like the ones in this guide. How do I install a ceiling mount for a 42 inch TV? There is no way of knowing if this is correct or if he will go down and kill someone. What really?!?
