build quality is good. They feel solid when held and so far they work perfectly on the car. I was afraid of vibrations at highway speeds, but they aren't. The rear wheels on my 05 xB look much better now flush with the side panels. I have OEM steel rims with hubcaps. (Not to mention all the tools I made for the wheel bearing as well. All you need is 2 sockets and a ratchet or electric gun)
