Review on 🎧 Immerse Yourself in Cinematic Surround Sound with Fluance Elite HD Bipolar Surround Speakers - Black Ash (Pair)" by Francisco Garcia

Great sound, well made, rear mount sucks

Got these to replace rear and surround sound in a 7.1 setup with a Sony digital receiver. They were packaged very well and were larger than expected. The Fluance website states that each weighs just under 7 pounds. So building on that, I used 9lb ceiling brackets, but with two 50lb screws in each bracket, into the wooden ceiling joists. I also had to create my own unique L-Bracket to connect the existing bracket to the narrow metal holes on the back of the speakers. I even bought clear gorilla tape to go over the joints as an extra precaution. I didn't mess with the back panel brackets and instead attached them directly to the wall: a 75-pound wall panel anchor for another screw. I also think it's good that you can unscrew the plugs of the wires, just put the wire through the hole and screw it on. Smart. Read other audio analysis reviews. To the layman, that sounds unbelievable. I tested them in Star Wars Episode 3, Revenge of the Sith, the scene where Anakin and Obi-Wan throw their fighter jets into the middle of a space battle. There was nobody home but me, and it was still cold outside, so there were no neighbors with open windows. MY GOD. OMG for the accent. Good sound. I'm currently looking for old classics to give them a new sound and I'm still in the "learning phase" because the inner workings of the speaker are loosening up. They also sound great with regular stereo music. I never thought of a home theater as a great sound system, but now I have a new use for a connected game room, too. Highly recommend if you have an easy way to mount them on walls and ceilings or if you can DIY something. how i did it
