First of all, this set has a nice design. It has a modern look and holds plenty of salt and pepper without being bulky. I like that you can adjust the grind as you like. When it's time to refill the container, the lid is removed and using a funnel makes adding salt and pepper easier. I used to have a lot of salt and pepper shakers. None compare to these. !
