This is a fairly reliable product. My only suggestion would be that the magnet should be a bit stronger. If you have a thicker phone case, the Magsafe will not fit. To be fair, there seems to be a shortage of working Magsafe cases at the moment. The only cases I see that actually support Magsafe are cheap, thin, clear plastic or rubber cases that do little to protect the phone. I have an Otter Box popsocket case. I liked the cover but this charger doesn't work. I removed the popsocket but it still won't stick to the mount. We hope more companies start selling cases that combine magsafe's advanced functionality with a durable case. We will see.
