Universal. use your imagination!

I actually made bespoke cheesecake desserts. Pour the finished cheesecake into the mold. Freeze Remove and place back in the freezer. make chocolate cups. Leave to stand, then place slices of cheesecake in chocolate molds. Drizzle with raspberry sauce. Use English digestifs on the bottom to seal them. Such a pleasure with elegant results!
