The bags are too thin.

Roomba i6+ , bags are too thin making a clean vacuum tower trying to empty the Roomba bin 3 times. Put in a Roomba brand filter and it works as usual. The tower controls the flow of air from the rumba to the mud bags for pressure, these bags are thin. Stay close, the difference is obvious. Other parts in this pack seemed to work fine.
