So I am fairly new to whole ear stretching and did a little research and chose this set based on its cost and the fact that it comes with it Oil (which you need for stretching!). In general I am very happy with it, it has everything that is stated. Each size is individually wrapped which is really nice. But I can't stress this enough, learn how to do it right! You can really screw it up if you stretch too fast and don't clean your ears while stretching. (I recommend watching UrbanBodyJewelry's YouTube video on stretching if you have any questions or want more information.) The only thing I wish this set had was saline, but you can get it pretty cheaply at the pharmacy or get online!
