Before buying, it is important to realize that the pan is NOT non-stick. Even a banal scrambled egg using vegetable oil sticks to it, so you need to clearly understand why you are buying it. At first, the wife did something stupid and tried to bake pancakes on it (which is typical, she baked), but the oil was SO burnt and clogged the chrome parts that I had to scrub for three hours per square millimeter with all means known to science in order to achieve a more or less acceptable appearance.
