The tips are fine, the holder is plastic! Do not give hot tips at this point!
The spades are fine. junk holder. Save money and just get tips without a holder. The holder is not made of high temperature resistant plastic or metal. I inserted the tip into my Weller WE1010NA to see if it would fit, but found the tip is too wide and I need a smaller tip. A brief <30 seconds in my iron was enough when I put the tip back into this holder. he melted quickly. Now one of the tips is completely stuck in that crappy plastic holder. I tried a hacksaw and mangled the holder in several places to try to dig this thing out. I have to put him in a vise and work over an hour to get my tip back.
