READ THIS BEFORE ORDERING if you have a 40QT/10G kettle. Based on the picture I figured this was the perfect bag for my CONCORD 40QT (14" W x 15.5" H) stove. I was wrong, the bag is 26 inches wide and made a big problem when placed in the cauldron. It left a lot of slack which caused problems when mixing the beans after pouring. My mash spatula kept sticking to the bag. After the mush was done, I pulled the bag out and it basically folded in half because it was too wide. I think a 20"H x 20" would be a much better size.
