Just used it for two days. Overall I am satisfied with this monitor. The native resolution is 1280 x 800, which is fine for normal use for a display of this size. Color fidelity and viewing angles are typical for an IPS panel. No noticeable light bleeding. It supports HDMI, VGA, USB, RCA and BNC input sources. I tried HDMI, VGA and USB without any problems. You can switch between 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratio or allow automatic selection. You can plug in a USB stick and use it as a digital photo frame with slider mode. It also claims to be able to play music and movies from USB sticks, but I haven't tested it. The monitor has speakers. When using HDMI, audio can be output through the speakers. You can also connect headphones via the 3.5mm port. Please note that the volume can only be adjusted with the remote control, so be careful not to lose it! The monitor has buttons for setting modes. It's a little confusing at first, but with practice it shouldn't be a problem. The remote control is easier to use. The instruction manual isn't very well written, but it's easy to find out for yourself. You can use it as an external monitor for your computers, game consoles, surveillance devices or Raspberry Pi. The stand does not support portrait mode. So if you're using it as a portrait monitor, you'll likely need to consider other options.
