O-ring without welds.: Dogs

O-ring not welded. It is sharp on the edge and will bite into the rope if the rope is pulled through. Bad quality control. The plastic part has some sharp edges that I smooth down with a knife. The lead is 4 feet, but when the loop is complete it is 3 foot 1/2 at best. Shortened for dogs with thick necks. -1 star for poor quality control.
