Absolutely awful for soda cans
Pros: Paper and biodegradable Cons: Overflowing canned sodas start falling apart after 15 minutes in the drink Pieces of paper are used up/swimming in the drink The drinker breaks down completely and I have to cut it off to continue to use It's terrible for soda cans. If I put it in a can of soda and take a sip, the charcoal reacts with those paper straws, overflowing the straw and causing the soda to spill all over the place. I tried to cover the straw which was worse which resulted in the jar overflowing with foam and making a huge mess.
