Low quality, low cost.
I bought it for my hobby. These pliers are by far the worst I've ever used. The jewelry pliers didn't even align properly. In addition, the tension rods in the handles kept slipping out. And the "No Hassle" return policy was lower than "No Hassle". They offered to replace the broken parts, but when I sent them a return request, a photo of the broken part was enough for me (their request). out of them. If you are looking for a small, simple, disposable pair of pliers, this is a good choice. Otherwise they are terrible. In the end they gave me the money back and told me to keep it. Which defeated the goal as I didn't want more junk in my house. I found a friend who wanted her.
