I recently purchased this processor for my new PC and it is my first AMD processor that I have ever purchased. Immediately out of the box it screams class with solid packaging and includes a decent/stylish cooler. Using a B450 MSI Gaming Pro Carbon AC motherboard and a Corsair H100i PRO AIO liquid cooler, I consistently overclock to 4.0GHz at 1.25V (maybe even lower) and temperatures stay around 31 degrees Celsius while idling and in games at around 50 degrees. I got 100% points for Games (Nuclear Submarine), 91% points for Desktop (Nuclear Submarine), and 87% points for Workstation (Aircraft Carrier). My GPU is a GTX 1070 Seahawk X and I'm using 16GB DDR4 3000MHz Corsair RAM. such a good value as it performs well above its class. I am very happy with it. You will too.
