I had several Plantronics M165 Marque 2 Bluetooth but chose the Plantronics Voyager 3200 because it was a similar design and offered more capabilities. However, I found these features rather disappointing. For example, the voice response feature is good, but between the headset response delay and my voice response delay, my phone rings an average of 3 times before connecting. It's much easier to reach and press the answer button, which is what I always did on the M165. When it comes to battery life, there's no comparison. My M165s were fully charged in 7 hours of talk time and seemed to last forever. The 3200 will charge to "high battery" but will quickly last up to 4-5 hours of talk time (even when not in use). Finally, they are a bit heavier than the M165, so I've had a few instances where the receiver started popping out of my ear (once), while my M165 NEVER fell out of my ear. For the extra price, I'd rather buy two M165s and use them (one for the home/car and one for the office).
