Worked on a 2002 Lexus and looks very solid. I bought "Black A2" with two keys. The chief critic here is right. You have to be careful when working with this product and if you do it right, it works great. I noticed that the plastic screw connection inside needs to be filed a bit with a thin flat file. Without them, there was a small gap that made the key a bit unstable. But now it fits perfectly. You need to pay attention to details to understand this. If your key is broken and you have a metal part, this is what you need to use this product. Lexus should have designed it that way from the start. I broke my key after about two years but I don't think this thing will break. The tip of the metal key (next to the screw hole) should measure 8.2mm x 3.0mm at the end of the key where the jewelry should fit into the plastic component. (+/- 0.1 mm should be enough)
