This is the main bungee cord of considerable length. Plastic hooks are preferred over metal hooks because they protect the surface of what they are attached to. The cable's greatest strength lies in its adjustable length, allowing proportional changes to it as its usage changes. This is the right bungee for a lot of light to medium work, but heavy work will require multiple cords.
